AskAt received a Notice of Allowance for a Mexican patent dated September 15, 2023 from the National Institute of Indigenous Peoples (Instituto Nacional de los Pueblos Indígenas, INPI) for a salt and crystal forms patent for its CB2 agonist, AAT-730. The notice was issued in connection with Mexican Patent Application No. MX/a/2023/005430 (Filing Date: November 11, 2021). In addition to Mexico, AskAt has received a salt and crystal forms patent in Australia.
