AskAt received a Notice of Allowance dated January 24, 2024 from the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) for a salt and crystal forms patent for the company’s CB2 agonist, AAT-730. The notice was issued in connection with Korean Patent Application No. 10-2023-7017249 (Filing Date: November 11, 2021). In addition to Korea, salt and crystal forms patents have also been granted in Japan, Australia, and Mexico.
