AskAt received an Official Decision of Grant from the Japan Patent Office dated January 9, 2024 for a salt and crystal forms patent for the company’s CB2 agonist, AAT-730. The notice was issued in connection with Japanese Patent Application No. 2023-528364 (Filing Date: November 11, 2021). In addition to Japan, the salt and crystal forms patent has also been granted in Australia and Mexico.
