The Notice was issued by the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks (CGPDTM） in connection with Indian Patent Application No. 641/MUMNP/2014 (Filing Date: October 18, 2012). To date, in addition to India, the formulation patent has been granted in Brazil, Canada, China, Europe, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Russia, and the U.S.
