AskAt received a Notice of Allowance dated February 4, 2024 from the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) for a salt and crystal forms patent for the company’s CB2 agonist, AAT-730. The notice was issued in connection with Chinese Patent Application No. 202180063678.2 (Filing Date: November 11, 2021). In addition to China, salt and crystal forms patents have also been granted in Japan, Korea, Canada, Australia, and Mexico.
