AskAt Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Japan) today announced the launch of a new service, “AskAt Advisory Services” (AAS) to connect Japanese founders and global investors for new business growth opportunities.
The AAS team is comprised of former Pfizer research and development leaders, scientists, corporate development executives, business development heads, and IT specialists. They were part of the core team that successfully founded RaQualia Pharma, Inc., Pfizer’s first worldwide organic spin-off venture in 2008, and then took it public in 2011. The team subsequently completed a second spin-out, AskAt, which is developing its own compound portfolio via a network of global partnerships.
AAS will assist founders with R&D planning, capital raising, corporate development, management team design, IP portfolio management, communication with global investors, and negotiation. AAS will also provide support for global investors in target identification, communications, due diligence, and relationship management in Japan.
