May 10, 2017 – AskAt Inc. (AskAt), headquartered in Nagoya, Japan announced today that the company issued an allocation of new shares to Ningbo Tai Kang Medical Technology Co., Ltd (Ningbo Tai Kang), headquartered in Ningbo, Zhejiang, People’s Republic of China (China).

This allocation of new shares is one component of a strategic partnership between AskAt and Ningbo Tai Kang, which includes license agreement for AskAt’s EP4 Antagonist [AAT-007] in China for Oncology and Auto-Immune Diseases concluded on Dec 19, 2016.

AskAt and Ningbo Tai Kang will continue to collaborate to develop AskAt portfolio candidate compounds for innovative new medicines for the Chinese market, and global markets in the future.
